AI platform for business

LOOM

Make the product clearer without losing its technical edge.

LOOM is an AI platform project for automating business processes. My work started with an analysis of the website and the existing product materials.

Role
Product copy editing, landing page structure, UX copy, SEO, tone of voice
Status
Did not reach a full commercial launch
LOOM's first screen: the headline “Marketing AI that already knows your business” and a product visual

01The task

The task

The project already had its own concept and a set of features, but they needed to be presented more clearly and consistently.

Rework the landing page structure and copy, separate the user scenarios and make the product information easier to grasp.

I wanted to keep the platform's technical character while getting rid of overloaded wording, repetition and vague promises.

02The work

What I did

  1. 01Website structureI reworked the order of the sections around user scenarios and SEO, and proposed changes to the navigation and how information is organised.
  2. 02Product copyI edited the headlines and the descriptions of features, benefits and the platform's main use cases. Separately, I worked on the Business and Creator plans, the FAQ, the free trial and the referral mechanics.
  3. 03Tone of voiceI proposed a more natural and concrete tone: explaining what the service can do without unnecessary technical jargon.
  4. 04CollaborationI coordinated changes with the developers, checked new versions of the website and prepared follow-up edits.

03Interface

The structure on screen

Three fragments of the home page.

  1. LOOM's first screen: headline, subheadline, a “Try for free” button and the note “7 days of full access”

01The first screen. The trial condition, “7 days of full access”, sits right next to the button.

  2. The “One platform. All channels” block with the product's five steps

02How the product works. Five steps, five verbs: plans, creates, adapts, publishes, analyses.

  3. The business section: “More than content. Real growth.”

03A business section with its own entry point and headline.

04Result

The project did not reach a full commercial launch.

Updated copy, a landing page structure and proposals for the visual presentation were prepared. There are no sales or user acquisition figures here: most of my work was product copy editing and getting the website ready for further development.
